Recently, on a road trip from Windhoek to Cape Town with my brother, I found myself in a situation I'd rather forget. Cruising along, I encountered a speed trap just outside a small town. Despite my attempts to slow down, I was pulled over and issued a ticket. As frustrating as it was, I realized there were important lessons to be learned.

Lesson 1: Slowing Down to Appreciate the Journey

In our relentless pursuit of success, it's easy to lose sight of the beauty in the present moment.
