I reached out to order some skincare products for myself and my mom. While I had a dedicated skincare assistant, whom I've known for years, who always keeps me updated on specials and promotions, my mom doesn't have the same luxury.

When I asked my skincare assistant for help, she didn't hesitate to assist, even though the promotion had passed. Her willingness to go above and beyond reminded me of the incredible power of relationships in business.
